These letters are cut out of foamex using our CNC Router at our business address in Warrington, Cheshire.

Foamex is a brand name which is made when PVC foam is compressed to create a strong board/sheet. Foamex sheets are extremely lightweight yet strong so it is ideal for display purposes. We apply a high quality vinyl print to the surface of the foamex and then cut to shape.
 
MEASUREMENTS
 
These letters are 19mm deep which gives a lovely profile depth when on the wall for maximum impact.
 
Height: Available in 120mm or 150mm height. This is the maximum height of a single letter - as you can see from the pictures each letter height varies slightly.
 
PRICING 
 
The price per letter for the 120mm tall is £4
The price per letter for the 150mm tall is £5
 
We don’t provide tape or fixings, however these are very light and we recommend mounting using command strips.
 
When placing your order please select the correct height - either 120mm or 150mm and the correct amount of letters that your name contains and then add the name to the personalisation box. So for example… an order for 120mm ‘Freddie’ would be placed under - 120mm 7 letters - and cost £28.
 
This item is made to order and completely bespoke, we will automatically choose the design unless you specify the patterns you require.

If so, please add these notes to your order. You could choose different patterns for each letter or have the same pattern throughout - the choice is yours.

Each pattern is labelled with a number for ease of reference.
 
You could even place an order that is ‘Baby Shower’ or ‘Baby Boy’. The options are endless and we are happy to make a custom order if you would like to get in touch.
